Wayne Douglas Jacklin

Wayne Douglas Jacklin passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Seaforth Community Hospital on Nov. 6, 2017. He was in his 70th year.

Wayne was the loving dad of Shawn (Melissa) and Sharie (Mark), adoring papa to Ted, Ben and Joe and beloved grandpa of Darren and Justin. He was the brother of Gord (Debbie), Don and Marlene (Brian). Wayne was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Elaine and stepmother Mildred, two brothers in infancy and sister-in-law Joyce.

Wayne was devoted to his family and was the number one hockey fan of his grandsons. Cremation has taken place.

Friends and family are invited to a come-and-go celebration of Wayne’s life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Brussels Branch 218 on Sunday, Nov. 19 from 2-4 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Brussels Branch 218 or the Seaforth Community Hospital would be appreciated.
