Lucknow Strawberry Fest brings three days of fun, food

The annual Lucknow Strawberry Summer Festival is set for June 23-25 this year and it will feature many of the events regular attendees have come to love and expect.

The festival’s annual slo-pitch tournament and youth soccer tournaments will be held on June 23-25 and June 21-24 respectively.

The Strawberry Festival is tied to the Dungannon Super Pull, which takes place the weekend before with one event leading into the other.

The Lucknow Arena will host a number of family-friendly movies on Friday night and Saturday will begin with the event’s famous strawberry pancake breakfast, followed by a vendor’s market, a barbecue and the Lucknow Kinsmen dance at the pavilion.

The weekend will wrap up on Sunday with a community church service at 10 a.m. on Sunday at the Lucknow Presbyterian Church and the conclusion of the slo-pitch tournament.
