Dungannon Rodeo the latest big attraction for little village

   This year the small community of Dungannon will be hosting its famous Super Pull and introducing the Dungannon Pro Rodeo into its calendar as well.

   The rodeo event is set for Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16.

   On Saturday, gates will open at noon, followed by the Little Wrangler interactive program for kids at 3:30 p.m. and the rodeo competition at 5 p.m. That night will wrap up with a western rodeo dance under the stars from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at a cost of $10 per person.

   On Sunday, the gates will open at 10 a.m. and the interactive kids program will begin at 1 p.m., followed by the rodeo competition at 2 p.m.

   Tickets are available at The Cowboy Loft in Brussels or Thompson’s Limited in Port Albert.
