The right place

After securing a ceremony location, couples will have peace of mind knowing they can now book the place where their party will take place. This may be a catering hall, hotel, cruise ship, or even someone’s backyard. Sometimes the ceremony site is also the reception site, as is the case in many second weddings. Discuss pricing and options with staff. They will work closely with you to plan and execute the reception. Keep in mind as well, it's not just about getting the right place, but what they offer. Some facilities for example will not allow outside caterers, while others have a list of caterers from which you can choose. Liquor licensing varies at each place too. You will want to consider carefully what type of reception you want to have because a free bar can be quite costly under certain regulations.
