Bayfield Town Hall the village’s home of year-round events

Bayfield Town Hall has a long history and, thanks to energetic local residents, remains a vital place for community and cultural events.

In the early summer, for instance, the hall will host the Live at Bayfield Concert Series featuring some of Canada’s top performers.

On  Friday, May 18, Tommy Youngsteen and the Queen St. Band, North America’s premier Bruce Springsteen tribute band will be at the Hall. They’ll perform the tracks from Born in the USA plus a selection of other hits.  The performers in this band include members and alumni from The Sam Roberts Band, Stars, The Stills, The Dears, Sloan, The Trews, Zeus, Great Lake Swimmers, The Grapes of Wrath, and The Arkells.  Doors open at 7:00 p.m.  The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door. There’s a cash bar. For tickets, call Sue at 519-565-2551, Pat at 519-565-5340 or Nick at 519-565-2556 or purchase online at www.ticketscene.ca

The Town Hall performance follows the recent release of their new Album “City & Country”, produced by JUNO-winning producer Howard Bilerman. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

The Dreamboats return to the Town Hall, Thursday, June 28. Back by popular command, The Dreamboats will be performing  favourite songs from the ’50s and ’60s. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.  and the concert starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $40. There’s a cash bar.
