Bayfield’s a magnet for art lovers

            

   For anyone with an interest in art, Bayfield is a visual pleasure. Not only is the village’s shaded main street a delight in its self but it's home to more than a half-dozen galleries within a couple of blocks.

   In some cases, you don't even need to enter the gallery to enjoy the art as Patina Studios often displays paintings out front and Marten Arts has a courtyard full of sculpture and paintings.         

   Strolling along the street you can find paintings, sculpture, textile art, pottery, wood working and stained glass. Since some of the galleries are owned and run by artists, you can meet and chat with the people who have created the works of art.
